RETURN POLICY

30-DAY ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

**Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery for exchange or refund.

**If you are making an exchange because you need a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.

PLEASE NOTE:

All products MUST be returned in their original condition; unworn and unwashed with tags still attached with a copy of the invoice.

For exchanged the invoice MUST include what you would like to exchange for.

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process exchanges and refunds.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICY:

Returns or exchanges of SALE merchandise MUST be returned within 15 days of receipt.

NO returns or exchanged on Gift Certificates.

All purchases on Lingerie MUST be returned within 15 days of receipt. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, returns/exchanges must be UNWORN with all tags.

If returning, please be aware that the SHOEBOX is considered part of the whole product and should be returned undamaged. When mailing, please wrap the shoebox in protective packaging to ensure its integrity.

**ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES THAT DO NOT ABIDE BY THIS POLICY WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% PENALTY FEE.
